VFORM / DISPLY Überprüfung: Unterschied zwischen den Versionen

When open a new device through the panel "Input / Output -> Standard" it is now generated the definition statement of the VFORM which is chosen for output.

This optimization allows to use, in all new programs, a version of the file "default.dmi" in which it is no longer necessary to list all VFORM that will be used.

From this version, the execution of the instruction "DISPLY / ..." close and reopen the device in case it was in use, this saves the user from having to run a"DISPLY / OFF" command in order to re-run an output.
