The client TeamViewer for remote support has been updated to version 12 or higher.
The client is installed in the folder \Support\Miscellaneaous and it is called MS_RemoteSupport.exe.
From the menu of ARCO the client can be run.
In order to connect to Metrostaff team it is necessary to provide the ID and the password of the session, the client shall be kept running during the all connection time.
